My wife received a job transfer out of state and we were forced to sell our home quickly. We had to move fast and needed a Realtor who knew how to get things done. Not to mention we just purchased our home one year prior and we were afraid that there wasn't enough equity in our home to be able to sell. Last year we found a house on market and an agent, Rey Rosa, on the same page online who we had never met before. We just called him and made an appointment for 7PM since we had no time to look at the house during day. Later on, we knew he postponed his child’s party because of our appointment. We saw a lot of houses with him and every time he patiently analyzed and explained advantages and disadvantages on each house in professional way. Once we decided to buy a house, he helped us in counter offer, and finally we purchased the house with good price. During purchasing the house, his loan team worked hard and the escrow was done smoothly in one month. During purchasing the house, we found Rey was very knowledgeable about real estate and nice and patient. Therefore, we decided to choose him as our agent when we were selling our old house. He hired a professional photographer to take pictures of our old house for advertisement and held an open house with his smart skills and finally he successfully sold the house with good price in one month even though it was approaching Christmas and New Year. Rey sold my condo and helped me buy a much larger condo. He worked hard and was on top of everything. My first buyer has to pull out of the deal and Rey had it re sold the next day. My wife and I were fortunate enough to find Rey and use him as our buyer’s agent in the purchase of our first home. Having once attempted to be a Realtor myself, I was convinced that we did not need one and would do better hashing it out on our own with the sellers agent. Looking back, I’m glad we ended up not going that direction. When we first met Rey we already had a pretty good idea of what we wanted and where we wanted to live. Consequently we didn’t end up using him to see a variety of houses in the way many others home buyers do.
